Step1:Request a Quote

Welcome you to share any information about your product with us. We will provide professional suggestions in terms of packaging form, size, material, surface treatment and process. Step2:Design Verification

For making an excellent jigsaw puzzle and board game, design files are extremely important. The professional pre-press experts of HOBON will review your printing files to ensure that they meet our production requirements and also meet your expectations for the product.

Step3:Pre-Production

Now your files and designs are all ready. The next step is to make a Pre-Production Copy, or PPC. The PPC is the version closest to the final quality. You can also use it to test your product. If at this time you still have some changes, we can still help you make adjustments.

Step4:Mass Production

Once you approve the PPC (Pre-Production Copy), we will start mass production. The current production team will print, die-cut and perform corresponding post-production processes according to your signed sample. When mass production is nearly completed, we will airfreight you a copy of the mass production (Mass Production Copy, abbreviated as MPC), which is also the last checkpoint before we start assembling the rest of your puzzles or games.

Step5:Assembly

Once you approve the Mass Production Copy (MPC), we will start assembling your puzzle or game. Our dedicated quality control team will inspect your components during the process of assembling your puzzle or game into boxes to ensure that everything is complete and correct. We even provide spare components for free, so that you have additional components that can be provided as replacement parts to your supporters and customers.

Step6:Shipping

Once your puzzles or games are printed and assembled, they will enter our warehouse for transportation. We can palletize and shrink-wrap the outer boxes. If you have made your own shipping arrangements or have a shipping agent, we can contact your freight forwarder. If you need shipping assistance, our door-to-door service ensures safe and timely delivery from our factory in China to your desired location. We work with experienced global partners and can transport by sea, air, or land based on your budget and time requirements.
